The Basics: Tour and Enrollment Details FAQ

How do travelers enroll on a tour?

Simply visit eftours.com/enroll and enter your tour number under "Enroll on your teacher’s tour," then complete the subsequent enrollment form.

Does the Group Leader need to fill out an application?

No. As a Group Leader, your account is already set up and you do not need to “enroll” or fill out any application.

Can an adult enroll on a tour?

While our tours are designed for students, we can accommodate adult travelers who also wish to enroll. To enroll, visit eftours.com/enroll and enter your tour number under "Enroll on your teacher's tour," then complete the subsequent enrollment form. Please be sure to check with the tour's Group Leader before enrolling.

Can I enroll multiple travelers at one time?

Each participant (or parent or guardian of travelers under the age of 18) must enroll individually and agree to the terms and conditions either online, over the phone, or by paper application.

How do I log in to my account?

Click “Log in,” located on the top right-hand corner of all pages on eftours.com/girlscouts. A login pop-up will appear; simply enter your user name and password. Once you have logged in, your name will appear in the top right-hand corner of the page. To view your tour(s) and personal account information, click My Account. If you are still having trouble logging in, visit our login help page.

Where can I find my tour itinerary?

Log in to My Account, and select “Tour Details” in the upper left-hand menu. If you are on a customized tour, contact your Group Leader for your itinerary details.

What is the cancellation policy? Can I get a full refund if I decide not to go?

Our cancellation policy takes into consideration the costs we incur at all stages of the tour planning process. To learn more about cancellations, please read our booking conditions. If you have purchased the All-Inclusive Insurance Plan, you may be eligible to receive a refund of your program fee. You can learn more about the All-Inclusive Insurance Plan. To continue cancelling your account, please call Customer Service at 800-665-5364.

If I have to cancel my trip, will I still be a Lifetime Member for future tours?

No, you must complete travel on your first EF tour in order to become a Lifetime Member.

Where can I find the booking conditions?

The booking conditions are located in the back of the paper application booklet. To view the booking conditions online, visit eftours.com/bc. Las condiciones de inscribirse también están disponibles en español.

What if we need to change our tour from one year to the next?

Please contact your Tour Consultant at 800-457-9023 and discuss what options will work best. Standard cancellation fees may apply.

Can we change the tour destination after we enroll?

Yes, you can change the tour destination after your group enrolls at no additional cost up until a specified deadline. Please ask your Tour Consultant about these deadlines at 800-457-9023.
